Cooking Lessons at Villa Saladini
Enjoy Chianti’s life and atmosphere, relaxing in the comfort of Villa Saladini discover the region’s passion for food and wine. Chianti is famous for its wine, the sweetness of its hills, its history and charm of life.
Our chefs will share regional techniques, ingredients, and family recipes that have been passed down over the centuries. You’ll learn first-hand how to make tagliatelle, gnocchi, ravioli, scaloppine al marsala, tiramisù and much more.
ItCooking at Villa Saladini offers
Price for an ItCooking Single Lesson is € 110 per participant, is inclusive of one intensive cooking session (morning or afternoon) with instruction (in English) and practice with our chefs, one lunch or dinner, all food ingredients. Meal for non partecipant € 30. Minimum booking two persons.
Minicourse (3 days)
Price for ItCooking three days course is € 520 per participant, is inclusive of three night accommodation in appartment at Villa Saladini, two intensive cooking session with instruction (in English) and practice with our chefs followed by lunch or dinner (wine included), all food ingredients, a guided visit to the center and the food Market of Florence, lunch included, a guided visit to the wineries of Chianti Grevepesa, wine tasting, lunch included. Minimum booking two persons.

The cost of the six day program is € 960 per person.
The program includes six night's accommodation in apartment, 4 cooking classes (in English), lunch or dinner after the cooking classes including wine, one guided visit to the center and the food market of Florence.
Non partecipant € 480 (visit and 4 meals included).
On request not included in the price ItCooking organize wine tasting, visits to art towns, vineyards and wineries, olive mills, markets and local fairs.
Airfare and ground transportation to and from Villa La Montagnola are not included, however, Florence airport (€ 50) and train station (€ 40) pickup is available.
A deposit of € 300 will be required to confirm booking.
Course all inclusive
The cost of the week-long program is € 1.990 per person, based on double occupancy. Single occupancy is € 315 extra charge. Minimum 2 partecipants
The program includes 7 night's accommodation (double occupancy), breakfast, 5 lunches, 7 dinners including wine, 5 cooking classes, sightseeing, winery visits and tastings and visits to local markets. We do provide transportation for all activities.
Airfare and ground transportation to and from Villa La Montagnola are not included (however, airport and train station pickup is available).
A deposit of € 300 is required at the time of booking.
