Home-made Pasta Lesson

( from 10 AM it lasts 3 hours lunch included)

We offer Homemade Pasta Lesson from 10 AM to 1 PM at € 80 per person (regular price € 110) (€ 60 for kids). Minimum booking 4 people.

Class includes an intensive participatory Homemade Pasta session with instruction (in English) and practice with our chef, lunch following the lesson including selected wines, coffee, all food ingredients, taxes.

You can choose one of these "Pasta menus"

Menu 1 - Home made pasta, Tagliatelle, Spaghetti alla chitarra, Sauce according to the season,Tiramisù.
Menu 2 - Pici all'aglione (only available from July to October), Biscottini di Prato
Menu 3 - Risotto alla milanese, Risotto al nero di seppia, Tortino pere e cioccolato.
Menu 4 - Home made pasta, Ravioli, Taglierini, Sauce according to the season, Panna cotta
Menu 5 - Gnocchi al pesto, Gnocchi al gorgonzola, Torta della nonna

Wines served with the meal at the end of the lesson
Prosecco or dry sparkling wine
Chianti Riserva minimum 5 years of aging

We will consider your requests if the season and preparation time allows.
Lunch is introduced by a platter of Tuscan cold cuts and a glass of Prosecco.
