Cooking Classes with Chef Andreain the kitchen of "Osteria dei Riffaioli", in Florence in Via Ponte alle Riffe 2r just down hill Fiesole.(only on Monday)

Prepare a meal for yourself and your friends in the kitchen of chef Andrea under his expert guide.
Chef Andrea is famous for the quality of his traditional Tuscan cuisine that he interprets in light and modern way, his restaurant is well known by all gourmets in Florence.
Classes with Chef Andrea include introduction to the menu, your active participation to preparation of the dishes under his guidance. Dinner after class is served to you and your friends, wine, coffee and amaro included.
The price is to be agreed with Chef Andrea according to the menu, the number of participants in the cooking class and guests.

Times of the lesson 
• presentation of the menu
• a coffee with the chef
• preparation of dishes
• lunch/dinner (wine included)
• coffee
• ammazza-caffè (grappa or amaro)

Here some menu which Chef Andrea suggests:
• Example 1 - Gnocchi dello Chef, Stuffed pork tenderloin, Biscottini di Prato.
• Example 2 - Souces - Home made pasta - Tiramisu.
• Example 3 – Vegetable risotto, Parmigiana, Torta della nonna. (vegetarian menu)
• Example 4 – Fish menu.

Chef Andrea will consider your proposals if the season and time of preparation will allow it.

ItCooking proposes a day of full immersion with food and cooking.
Morning: 10 PM Visit to the food markets of Florence: Central market of San Lorenzo, guided tour of the center of Florence while walking towards the market of St. Ambrogio, lunch inside the market.
Afternoon: 3PM cooking class with Chef Andrea.
