You will enjoy a fantastic creative experience in the kitchen of Villa La Montagnola. Our chefs will guide you in preparing a complete meal from appetizers to desserts, while learning to prepare fresh pasta, such as ravioli, tagliatelle and gnocchi. Then, according to the season, you will learn the art of making sauces such as fresh basil pesto, tomato and basil, ragout of porcini mushrooms and sweet onions, meat or duck ragout and much more.
Price for an ItCooking Single lesson is € 80 per participant, and includes one intensive, morning or afternoon, cooking session with instruction (in English) and practice with our chefs, one lunch or dinner, all food ingredients.
Recipes vary according to the season, utilizing only the freshest ingredients available.
Participants in the ItCooking classes will receive a special rate for overnight stay at Hotel Villa La Montagnola, Euro 90 (120 regular price) per double room with breakfast.

Iluss through ItCooking aims to spread the Italian culinary traditions.With the intent to promote this knowledge, the association organizes cooking classes with professional groups or individual lessons.
