Giuditta
cooks with passion, following family recipes or creating her own.
Under her guidance you'll experience how comfortable anyone can feel in the kitchen.

For Giuditta all the five senses are called into cooking: colors, smells, textures, tastes, and the sound of the simmering pot ... And even more than that, because food needs to be prepared with respect and gratitude: only this way can it become nourishment for our body and spirit.

Mattia is one of the of the most enthusiastic  and passionate cook we have ever encountered. His skills include all phases of Tuscan cuisine.


Mattia always has an infectious smile as he teaches "hands-on" pasta making to our guests.
He has long been a favorite with our guests, and many of the best recipes and techniques come from this wonderful man.

Chiara will guide you through the flavors and culture of Tuscany

Chiara is a student of languages and interpreting at the University of Florence, she knows well  the history, art, tradition of Florence and of the surrounding area such as Chianti, she will guide you to discover Florence and the Chianti region.
During the visit to food markets in Florence you will cross the town to go from the  Sant'Ambrogio Market up to the Mercato Centrale of San Lorenzo s .  
With her you will visit the food markets and seasonal fairs, wine cellars and oil mills. With Chiara, during the visit to the Central Market of San Lorenzo in Florence  you will have the opportunity to taste some of the traditional Tuscan dishes such as trippa, lamprdotto, ribollita, pappa al pomodoro, and much more.


Giacomo is with Chiara one of our guides. Giacomo is a student of History and Philosophy at the University of Florence, when he brings our clients around Tuscany in any historical place they visit he is able to recreate  the suggestion of the events that made it famous, the characters of which he speaks are alive and  their stories come to life in the imagination of the listeners. With Giacomo you will live a unique experience, perhaps more than experience it will be an adventure.

ILUSS, Italian Language Update School Service, is a no profit association which promotes the Italian Language and Culture abroad. Iluss through ItCooking aims to spread the Italian culinary traditions.With the intent to promote this knowledge, the association organizes cooking classes with professional groups or individual lessons.
