Two day cooking course at Villa La Montagnola.
These lessons are for people who want to live a deeper and more detailed kitchen experience.
Spend two or more days learning to prepare specialty dishes from the Tuscany region in Italy.
Every day our chefs will guide you through different aspects of the Tuscan cuisine, sharing their secrets with you and guiding you to discover new flavors. Under their guidance you will learn to distinguish the varieties of breads, cheeses and meats from different areas of this richly historical region.
Each day we explore a complete menu that addresses the ingredients, techniques and traditions of this area's kitchens.
Price for ItCooking two days course is € 250 per participant (based on double occupancy, single occupancy is € 90 extra charge), is inclusive of two nights’ accommodation at Villa La Montagnola, two intensive cooking and instruction (in English) from our chefs, two lunches or dinners wine is included , all food ingredients. No partecipant € 160 (two meals included) Minimum 2 partecipants. Price is based on double occupancy, any single occupants will be charged an extra € 45 per day.
You can choose to have lessons in the morning or in the afternoon.
Morning class from 10 AM to 1 PM with lunch at 1:15 PM.
Afternoon class from 5 PM. to 8 PM with dinner at 8:15 PM.
'Optional Additional' -
On request and at an additional cost we can arrange a transfer to and from the train station and the airport of Florence.

ILUSS, Italian Language Update School Service, is a no profit association which promotes the Italian Language and Culture abroad. Iluss through ItCooking aims to spread the Italian culinary traditions.With the intent to promote this knowledge, the association organizes cooking classes with professional groups or individual lessons.
