Course (6 days) - Italian Cooking school in Tuscany in the beauty of Chianti

Six day cooking course
Usually from Saturday to Friday, is tailored for those who want to achieve or improve a high level of professionalism in the art of cooking.
Our chefs will pay particular attention to these courses; they will teach the techniques and short cuts/secrets of Italian cuisine (Tuscan in particular) following the progress of each participant, and with them will visit the food markets where together they will choose and buy the products to use during the lessons.
Lessons will be given primarily during the evening but in some cases can be given in the morning to allow for extra trips.

ItCooking Courses at Villa La Montagnola are offered all year round, but preferably from April to October.
The cost of the six day program is € 690 per person, based on double occupancy. Single occupancy is € 270 extra charge. Minimum 2 partecipants.
The program includes six night's accommodation (double occupancy), breakfast, lunches or dinners after the cooking classes including wine, 4 cooking classes, two visits guided by our chef to food markets.

On request not included in the price ItCooking organizes wine tasting, visits to art towns, vineyards and wineries, olive mills, markets and local fairs.

Airfare and ground transportation to and from Villa La Montagnola are not included. (however, airport and train station pickup is available).
A deposit of €300 will be required to confirm booking.

The balance is due 60 days before the start of the program. Cancellations received 30 days before the start of the program will receive a full refund.
Classes are small, yet large enough to allow you to make friends from all over the world. Classes are ideal for groups of family and friends who travel together.
