The 2 Day Intensicve Cooking Course is for people who want to live a deeper and more detailed kitchen experience. Spend two or more days learning to prepare specialty dishes from the Tuscany region in Italy.
Price for ItCooking two days course is € 390 per participant, is inclusive of two nights’ accommodation at the Villa, two intensive cooking sessions guided by our chef (in English) and practice, lunch or dinner after class, prosecco. wine and amaro included , all food ingredients. Minimum booking 2 partecipants.
Non partecipant € 190 (double occupancy two meals included).
Every day our chefs will guide you through different aspects of the Tuscan cuisine, sharing their secrets with you and guiding you to discover new flavors. Under their guidance you will learn to distinguish the varieties of breads, cheeses and meats from different areas of this richly historical region.
Each day we explore a complete menu that addresses the ingredients, techniques and traditions of this area's kitchens.
You can choose to have lessons in the morning or in the afternoon.
Morning class from 10 AM to 2 PM with lunch.
Afternoon class from 4 PM. to 8 PM with dinner.
Optional additional - Guided visit to the center and food markets of Florence, the Mercato Centrale and the market of Sant Ambrogio, light lunch inside the market included. Minimum 2.
On request and at an additional cost we can arrange a transfer to and from the train station and the airport of Florence. Each class is uniquely designed to meet the needs of the participants.
